IT Service Supervisor

  • Provide first line IT Service Desk support to internal staff including user inquiries handling, user practice education, resolve incidents and complete request tickets
  • Monitor, analyze and manage Service Desk performance, report to supervisor and work out resolve strategy on different situation.
  • Maintain support service document
  • Manage procurement and license record and issue regular report
  • Assist to execute and monitor routine operation service
  • Issue regular report for general IS team operation service
  • Provide documentation, coordination, QA and implementation support to IS project


  • University graduates in any related discipline, computer knowledge is preferred
  • 1-2 Years of relevant working experience in administrative /IT service role is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications is a must
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication in both written and spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua
  • Honest, responsible, detail and logical-minded, independent, multi-tasking
  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Fresh Graduate will be considered
