IT Servicedesk Analyst and Facilities Support

Summary of Role

This position is ideal for a professional candidate who would like to further their skills in IT support.  It is an important role in the Haymarket Asia IT and Faculties team to provide professional services to staff in the region.

  • Provide IT Support to end users in Asia Pacific region
  • Help managing the MS Office 365, AWS and Adobe systems
  • Monitor Network equipment and data backup
  • Help managing IT equipment inventory
  • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications
  • Setup mobile devices and apps to support the operations of the Events teams
  • Execute projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Provide occasional support to office facilities

Requirements

  • Mature, self motivated, hardworking, independent and responsible
  • Familiar with Mac computers
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe CC, MS Azure, AWS, Hyper-V VM and Cloud technologues
  • Experience in MS Windows domain services, AD, DNS, TCP/IP and Powershell scripts
  • Experience in Google G-suite is an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Willing to support on urgent issues during non-office hours
