The IT Services & Operations Manager is responsible for managing all Geoswift production systems. Leading team and vendor to monitor and review IT system and vendor service levels on 7x24 basis. Leading IT teammates and vendors in resolving operational issues, escalation prime channel on system issues and being the focal communication point. Collaborate with IT team members and contracted support teams in providing daily support, infrastructure development and patch management on business application systems. Lead post-production support planning and implementation activities.
