  • Work with solution supplier support team, get in contact with customer from other overseas countries
  • Provide day-to-day first line and second line end-user support to local and global customers
  • Handle incoming calls and service tickets regarding user enquiries in professional manner
  • Log reported Incidents / Requests and perform troubleshooting, escalation or resolution
  • Participate in automation projects and implementation work
  • Pro-actively monitor and review solution components
  • Liaise with Solution supplier to diagnose and report on problems


  • Degree holder in IT/ Computer Sciences or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in solution support and troubleshooting of IT solution is required
  • Active, self-discipline, strong problem solving and analytical skills, strong sense of responsibility and service-oriented.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and being a good team player.
  • Proficient communication skills in both English and Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin is desirable
  • Experienced IT-services preferred; Holders of IT service certificates are of advantage (e.g. ITIL, ISO 20000)
