Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT related troubleshooting and supports to the users including hardware and software installation, maintenance and related issues
• Provide professional and on-site (if needed) IT support to retail stores
• Continuously review Retail IT support model to meet changing organizational needs
• Responsible for IT routine administration and maintenance including network and security control, backup/restore, patch upgrade, system monitoring, health check, disaster recovery, etc
• Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software purchase/maintenance, project implementation
• Propose, configure, implement, test and support the IT related projects in compliance with company needs
• Keep track of IT inventory, and recommendation for improvements
• Perform any special duties/ projects as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Retail industry
• Solid experience in PC, hardware, software setup, network support and troubleshooting
• Good analytical, problem solving skills, Self-motivate and good team player
• Stable, responsible, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Immediate available would be an added advantage
