We are now looking for an IT Support Analyst who will support multiple platforms including desktops, laptops, mobile devices and videoconferencing equipment’s. This requires independent work and as well sharing information and assisting others from local and global IT teams. This position will act as front line primary technical support to global end users on problems related to hardware and software. This position will also support with execution of major IT project as well as respond to vendor management requests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide front-line primary technical support to global end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals.
  • Responding to, documenting and resolving IT Service Tickets in a timely manner
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Replace parts as required
  • Perform root cause analysis, develop checklists for typical problems and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

 STRATEGIC FOCUS:

  • Execute on projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Management and operation of Office 365, AWS, and other public and private Cloud technologies.
  • Provide support and administer the organization’s email and collaboration system, spam filtering system, mobile device management etc. Monitor, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Maintain the availability of the Office 365 tools (Outlook, Skype, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) through daily preventive and remedial maintenance.
  • Comply with change management and security protocols as required. Create, maintain and update technical documentation, diagrams, policies, procedures, user guides, and other related documents as required
  • Maintain users, groups and devices in AD. Create and maintain AD policies.
  • Support / Maintain AWS technologies

 EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experiences in administrating Office 365 for business and IT support.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Microsoft, Cisco , VMware certifications are plus.
  • Expertise in Office 365. Maintain users and administration are desirable
  • Knowledge in administrating VMware ESX/i or similar
  • Amazon AWS
  • Team player with good analytical, problem solving and communication skills with the drive and personal commitment to learn and contributes
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin

OTHERS:

  • Ability to travel up to 10%
