IT Support Assistant

  • To manage all internal system performances and resolve any problems.
  • Responsible for Airline Reservation System and Accounting System installation, upgrades, migration and implementation.
  • To maintain a high standard of systems availability, efficient and effective functioning of Reservation System (in-house), Accounting System.
  • To provide consultation, hot support and operational solutions to subscriber in HKG and PRC.
  • To support Help Desk, Sales and Customer Support team in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, LAN and communications problems occurring at subscriber office.
  • Network troubleshooting, software distribution and updating, router and domain name management and performance monitoring.


  • Installing Reservation System, Host Print Manger for subscribers.
  • Installing new workstation / printers and all utilities program for subscribers.
  • Installing Worldspan Smartpoint System, Host Print Manager, Scripts Pro, Qsort, TKT Scripts and Personal Link, Macros to subscribers.
  • Travelport Product Troubleshooting, resolve Worldspan Smartpoint problems:
    • HPM startup failures, scripts Pro errors, Personal link malfunctions, Host connection failure, Startup failure, IE Security Settings, default browser, Worldspan TAIR Converter Networking, Internet Connection, LAN, Router setup and technical support.
    • Travelport uAPI PT follow up.
  • Diagnostic and isolate hardware/software problems:
    • PrintServer, Invoice printer, PNR printer, Workstation, LCD, Keyboard, Mouse, Switch Hub Windows OS, Motherboard and other parts.
  • TicTas hardware delivery, collection and replacement.
  • TicTas product setup and technical support including Espresso & Compass Windows.
  • Network, Internet Connection, LAN, Router setup and technical support.
  • Data Backup, Network Cabling, Site Inspection and Anti-Virus cleaning.
