An IT Support Engineer role with a Fortune 500 international industrial company. You will be reporting to the Regional IT Manager and support end users on desktop IT issues across the Asia Pacific region.
Our client is an international industrial company, with over 100 years of history, and is a Fortune 500 company.
Deliver both remote and on-site IT support to internal office users on desktop technologies, such as PC, mobile devices, IP Phones, applications and other IT peripherals
Perform system troubleshooting and for more complexed issues, escalate to relevant local/ overseas teams, and take the ownership to ensure that the cases have been resolved and the closure of the ticket
Administrate and provision user accounts and access rights on MS AD/ Exchange
Maintain relevant documents and support procedures, and record completed support cases/ latest status on ticketing system
Assist with regional IT project deployment when necessary
Diploma or above holder in IT related disciplines
2 - 5 year of relevant support experience in an end-user IT support position
Excellent communication skills in English (Both spoken and written), Cantonese and Mandarin
Good interpersonal skill and a service oriented manner
Proactive and self-motivated
Capable to perform with limited supervision
