IT Support Engineer

Sprint Hong Kong Limited

Position Summary:

Provides daily Tier 1 IT support to Sprint International staff in Asia Pacific, Europe and LATAM regions, and performs server and network administration.


  • Daily IT support – performs troubleshooting on software / hardware problems our staff encountered, and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Laptop Replacement – to ensure all our employees have a laptop that is up-to-date, we need to provide a seamless migration from old laptop to the new one.
  • Server maintenance – ensure the servers are in good conditions, security patches are updated, and backup are done every night successfully.
  • Perform network troubleshooting when outage occurs – ensure network issues are resolved.
  • Coordinate with US IT team on new IT projects such as SIP implementation, Office 365 migration, wireless AP deployment, Domain Controller and SMS server deployment


  • Bachelor's degree, preferable in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 2-3 years related work experience
  • Excellent Communication Skill & Troubleshooting Skill
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft Win 7, Win 10 and MS Office
  • Microsoft / Cisco qualifications would be advantageous
  • Experience on Dell / HP servers is desirable
  • Experience on Cisco hardware is desirable
  • Experience on IP PBX, SIP Trunking would be advantageous
  • Fluent in English, multiple other languages including Mandarin and Cantonese a plus
