IT Support Engineer

  • 2-3 Years IT Helpdesk working experience
  • Cantonese & English communication is required
  • Skilled in Windows Operating Systems & common off-the-shelf applications
  • Familiar with off-the-shelf Office Applications, eg: Microsoft Office Suite
  • Candidate with more experiences will be considered as senior position.


  • Provide Deskside Support
  • Manage End User Support in a face-to-face context
  • Managing Incident Tickets Creation, Assignment, Resolution & Closure
  • Install hardware and software for users, software include standard software, in-house and external applications
  • Resolve users’ application and hardware problems as requested by IT Customer Services
  • Interact/coordinate with other support teams to resolve users’ problems
  • Support IT initiatives and projects such as the roll out of new or enhanced desktop facilities, relocation of equipment, and supporting user devices
  • Be responsible for incident handling and progress logging
