Job Description:

  • Provide all-round technical support, helpdesk troubleshooting and system/network administration to the end-users;
  • Maintain and perform the daily health check to the infrastructure systems, as well as the application systems;
  • Manage the I.T. related inventory; and
  • Ad-hoc assignment; 

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with 2+ years relevant I.T. experience;
  • Proficiency in MS Office 2010 or above (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint);
  • Experience in Windows 7 or above, O365. VMware, Windows Server 2003 or above;
  • Understanding of network topology (VLAN/MPLS/DNS/DHCP);
  • Good communication skills, proactive, independent, attention to details, multi-task, team-player; and
  • Passionate about exploring a new trend of technology and willingness to accept new challenges.
  • Good Command of English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
