Job Responsibilities

  • To respond the customer service request and perform first line support to customers.
  • Provide daily IT technical support and service to external customers;
  • Responsible for IT Projects implementation for external customers’ Infrastructure
  • Update and review the service request status.


Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or in relevant disciplines;
  • At least 1 years working experience in helpdesk or IT support
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows Configuration (AD, DHCP, Group Policy) and desktop (Windows 7/8/10, MS Office) environment.  
  • Experience in handling client support calls and provides on-site troubleshooting services.
  • Good command of problem solving and communication skill.
  • Excellent communication skill in both written/spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered
