IT Support Engineer
Job MatcherResponsibilities
- Manage vendors on daily help-desk support to ensure quality service to end-users;
- First to second level technical diagnosing and troubleshooting of systems and applications;
- IT hardware and software inventory management;
- Other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines;
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience;
- Experience in administration of MS Office 365, Firewall and Networking;
- Experience in managing Windows/Exchange Server, Hyper V/VMware and SAN system would be advantageous;
- Experience in Dynamics 365 / U8;
- Preferably with knowledge in Public Cloud Solutions (e.g., Alibaba Cloud);
- Initiative, responsible and strong communication and problem solving skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Working Location: Hong Kong Science Park, Tai Po, N.T.
