IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily operations for IT administration & security, help-desk, installations for Windows, MS Office, Anti-Virus and software applications supports.
• Responsible for daily maintenance of network system including Windows Servers, Firewall, PCs, printers and other network equipment.
• Carry out software and hardware installation and server setup, maintenance and monitoring.
• Provide trouble-shooting hardware, software, networking investigations and subsequent customization and configuration works
• Providing IT training, problem tracking, and Maintenance & Operation and holding technical simulations of the project as needed.
• Manage to liaise with IT vendor on equipment procurement & setup
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma, Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years solid system supporting and administration experience for Windows platform and PC
• Experience in Microsoft Active Directory, network cabling infrastructure and server administration is an advantage
• IT Professional certificates would be advantageous
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
