IT Support Engineers

Responsibilities:

  • Client Account management
  • Troubleshooting, On-Site support
  • Implementation of client networks and solutions
  • On-Site Preventative Maintenance
  • Network Documentation

The successful applicant should have:

  • Experience and Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP
  • Windows skills, Linux and/or Macintosh skills a plus
  • An understanding of routers, switches, hubs and/or structured cabling.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good command of Chinese and ability to communicate in english

  • Microsoft Exchange hosted and dedicated
  • Linux hosting services web and email
  • Linux data servers
  • VPN's / Wan / Lans / firewalls
