IT Support Engineers

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides user support/ technical support / troubleshooting in regards to IT hardware & software related issues 
• Provide installation, migration & configuration
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Ensure users’ satisfaction on all application support, repairs, and servicing activities
• Maintenance of relevant technical and product documentation and information
• Provide feedback to the manager regarding product/project conditions in the field

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in CS/IT related discipline with relevant experience in IT support or maintenance experience
• Hands on IT support working experience include Desktop/Laptop support, Printer, Lan/Wan, Router, Switches, Firewall Support
• Basic Knowledge of Windows Server features such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and Networking
• Able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with more experience may considered as Senior Engineer
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
