Job Description:

  • Assist in providing 1st tier Helpdesk Support.
  • Provide technical support daily desktop support, network operation and problem resolution
  • Assist in various IT related projects including windows upgrade, migration and relocation.


  • Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related Disciplines
  • Good Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Undergraduates and fresh graduates are welcomed

Period: 18 February to 31 May 2019
Days: Three Full days a week
Working time: 9:30am to 6:30pm
