Responsibilities:

  • Maintain servers, network and telephone system and troubleshooting
  • Day to day technical support for customers , including PC hardware and software installation, PC setup for users, network support and system administration
  • Coordinate with suppliers on server, network, IT equipment and telephone system support and maintenance
  • Provide hardware and software upgrade, replacement, purchasing etc
  • Generate reports and keep proper records for IT management

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
