Job Responsibilities

  • Managing and reviewing system users and parameters setup
  • Coordinate with Technical department, external vendors and related entities for system payment, enhancement
  • Facilitate and manage UAT environment as well as perform UAT with end users, reviewing procedure by the end of the project life cycle
  • Assist in handling the matters of Business Continuity Plan and Deposit Protection Scheme
  • Provide 1st tier support and follow-up incident cases in Global Market Department

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree, preferably with major in Finance, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ experience in banking business
  • Knowledge in treasury products and systems is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
