Job Responsibilities

Managing and reviewing system users and parameters setup
-
Coordinate with Technical department, external vendors and related entities for system payment, enhancement
-
Facilitate and manage UAT environment as well as perform UAT with end users, reviewing procedure by the end of the project life cycle
-
Assist in handling the matters of Business Continuity Plan and Deposit Protection Scheme
-
Provide 1st tier support and follow-up incident cases in Global Market Department
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor degree, preferably with major in Finance, Information Technology or related disciplines
-
At least 2 years’ experience in banking business
-
Knowledge in treasury products and systems is preferred
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
