IT Support / Network System Security Engineer/ Operator/ Business Analyst (Fresh Welcome)

Due to continual expansion in our client's operation, we are seeking for various IT professionals to join a team of passionate and experienced to deliver high quality support.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information System or related disciplines;
• 1+ years relevant working experience in related industries preferred; 
• Perform system / network support (Desktop, Server, OS, Networking) for Engineer
• Technician / Helpdesk Engineer (Good command on English & Chinese)
• Business Analyst /Project officer for user requirement collection, business analysis, project management
• With training provided
• Faster learner
• Willing to learn
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• More experience will be consider as senior position

Deskside Support Engineer

• Responsible for IT infrastructure, helpdesk, hardware and application support for offices and clinics
• Ensure high availability, security and reliability of IT infrastructure, including but not limited to resources optimization, execute backup and disaster recovery plan
• Administrate hardware and software procurement and inventory
• Monitor servers, systems health and routine system operations
• Maintain administrative records, perform analysis and troubleshooting of system servers, including review server event log for system problems, use active directory to setup / change user accounts
• Documentation for audit propose
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• Both Cantonese & English

(Junior / Senior) Security / Network Engineer (30-60k)

DC Operator / Service Centre Operator (7x24), upto 25k
