Provide desktop support and resolve technical issues from internal parties / colleagues
Co-ordinate and meet with internal and external parties including external vendors for the Company's IT projects
Monitor and maintain server, network, telephone and internet services
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
High diploma or above in related discipline
Good knowledge of IT systems and applications
Experience in IT support and help desk services is highly preferred
High integrity, pro-active, independent and willing to learn
Good communication and interpersonal skill; good Chinese and English language (both written and verbal)
Fresh graduate will also be considered
