IT Support Officer

Our client is a global supplies and services provider. As a result of expansion, they are looking for a Support Officer:


Job Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain Helpdesk analysis
  • Provide incident reported or proactive maintenance alerts
  • Perform and troubleshooting first tier support
  • Provide hardware maintenance such as hardware replacement
  • Follow up the case and provide regular updates until it is closed.
  • Support VMware and Operating System operation upon request / mutually agreed schedule.
  • Provide Active Directory (AD) support
  • Delivery managed services to end- users by Phone/ E-mail
  • Perform system and hardware updates, upgrades and monthly check up

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years support experience in IT industry
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English
  • Fresh Grad will also be considered
