IT Support Officer

Requirement :


Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and computer
2. Perform monitoring of IT equipment status
3. Perform maintenance and configuration of Network equipment .
4. Perform management of hardware and software inventory
5. Perform system administration on MS servers and SQL servers
6. Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above.
7. Prefer to have 2+ years relevant experience in Technical Support
8. Familiar with Win10, Office365 , WinServer , VMware ESXI , MS Sharepoint and SQL server
9. Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure and Security
10. Report directly to IT manager
11. Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
12. Professional certificate of MCSE , ITIL is an advantage
13. Good written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage
14. Immediate available is highly preferred
