IT Support Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform day-to-day systems performance, services availability & monitoring; proactive system tuning and problem investigation; servers administration such as software/application patching; backup & recovery
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented systems and update for each system change
  • Manage and administer SAN, FC/iSCSI storage and SharePoint
  • Provide helpdesk support for all computer users
  • Provide technical training to computer users when required
  • Liaise with vendors for technical issues resolution

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in IT or equivalent, withMCITP/VPC certifications
  • 5+ years of proven working experience in supporting Windows based system, AD; SAN/Storage and Cisco solutions, VMWare/VDI technologies
  • Solid knowledge of Lotus Notes, Office 365/Outlook, SharePoint, SQL
  • Knowledge in NetApp and Programming is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Good Putonghua
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Duty travel is required on project base
  • Immediate available is preferred
