MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the followings. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to fulfil optimum efficiency of this position:

 

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and computer services
  • Perform monitoring of IT equipment status
  • Perform maintenance and configuration of Network equipment
  • Perform management of hardware and software inventory
  • Perform system administration on MS servers and SQL servers

 

REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above
  • Prefer to have 2+ years relevant experience in Technical Support
  • Familiar with Win10, Office365, WinServer, VMware ESXI, MS Sharepoint and SQL server administration
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure and Security
  • Report directly to IT Manager
  • Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Professional certificate of MCSE, ITIL is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
