What you'll be doing:

Mentoring, growing and contributing to a team whose main responsibilities are:

  • IT helpdesk support, software installation, IT issue solving, software upgrade, etc.
  • Daily maintenance of internal weak current system, telephone resource management, and IT asset management.
  • Windows / Mac installation, setup, configuration, and upgrade.
  • Troubleshoot the hardware and software in Windows / Mac, networking equipment, mobile (Android / iPhone), Printer, Projector, NAS
  • Assist users to solve IT problems
  • Maintain IT inventory
  • Assist on IT related subjects
  • On-site support for VIP users
  • Other work arranged by superior

What you should have:

  • Minimum 6 years professional experience with Software Engineering related fields
  • Knowledge in modern technologies stack’s benefits and drawbacks including efficient communication protocol, application frameworks, databases, message queues
  • Knowledge of enterprise standards including logging, monitoring, access limitation, sensitive data handling
  • Experience in planning disaster recovery, high availability, multi-AZ solutions
  • Experience in designing microservice architecture, Service-oriented architecture, and traditional Monolithic architecture
  • Experience in working horizontally scalable infrastructure
  • Experience in making hard tradeoffs between important goals and complete with a realistic and sustainable solution
  • Able to discover, apply and establish best practices
  • Passion for self-improvement, a healthy appetite for learning, and a willingness to mentor

Bonus points if you’ve got:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Knowledge in IT support operations, Windows / Linux Server Administration, Systems / Network supports, and troubleshooting.
  • Good team player with problem-solving skills and customer service oriented.
  • Good hardware knowledge.
  • Have good customer service awareness, language expression, and communication skills.
  • Good teamwork and documentation skills are required as well.
  • Good at Mandarin is a plus
