Job Description:

  • Provide ongoing Level 1 IT support for End Users
  • Ticket based IT Support
  • Proficient in Windows 10 installation and administration, MS Office and preferably AD
  • Troubleshoot Wifi issues anti-virus, anti malware and other software installation issues
  • Upgrade/ Migrate Desktops and end user computing devices
  • Support conference systems, back up systems
  • Inventory Management for users
  • Solve User's IT issues and enhance IT experience


  • 1-2 years experience in providing end user support
  • Basic knowledge in networks, System Administration for office users
  • Expert in troubleshooting Wifi issues, anti-virus, anti malware and other software issues
