Responsibilities:

  • Provide Second Level support (End-user support and system admin) to IT Service Desk
  • Provide IT Operations, infrastructure and technical support
  • Follow company ITSM / ITIL Service Desk operations

Requirements:

  • Degree or above with 3 years related experience, preferably in desktop and server support
  • Compensation will be provided when overtime work (until 7:00pm) is required
  • Working Location: Hung Hom
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Working Period: 1-year (Contract Renewable)
