IT Support Specialist – Retail industry

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st & 2nd level support for existing and new offices & retail stores
  • Provide hardware and software systems setup, server and networking administration
  • Setup new user accounts and configure required hardware
  • Oversee the network infrastructure operations to secure a reliable office’s & stores’ network environment
  • Create, update and maintain technical document for new & existing technologies
  • Assist IT related ad hoc duties as assigned by Department Head

Job Requirements:

  • Higher diploma in IT (or computing related discipline) or above
  • Experience on IT support, at least 2 years retail store level 1 / level 2 support
  • Preferable experienced in configuration of AWS, firewall, network security and wireless LAN Infrastructures
Experience and good working knowledge on basic hardware (desktop/laptop/printers/NAS), Microsoft (Office and Windows) and Apple (MacOS and iOS) troubleshooting
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Independent, detail minded and organized
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
