IT Support / System Engineer (In-House + 5-day-work)
JOB DUTIES
- Provide front-desk user support
- Provide software, hardware and network troubleshooting support
- Perform IT equipments administration
- Perform user account management and system administration
JOBS REQUIREMENT
- Diploma holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Studies or Engineering related disciplines with 1 year’s PC field services experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Workstation OS, Apple iOS, Google Android OS, Microsoft Office Application, Microsoft Office 365, Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP), Synology NAS
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology
- Knowledge in WordPress, HTML Web editing, Mac OS, Google G Suite, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Service (AWS), VMware, Veeam would be an advantage
- Microsoft Certification preferred but not essential
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
