Responsibilities

  • Provide technical supports to end-users
  • Diagnose and troubleshooting on system, software, hardware and networking issues
  • Prepare technical documentation
  • Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma/Degree holder in IT related disciplines.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows servers with Active Directory, Group Policies, MS Exchange server.
  • Knowledge of Symantec Backup Exec and Endpoint Protection is preferred.
  • Knowledge of networking, LAN/WAN technology is preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS SQL server, DB2 will be an added advantage.
  • Independent, self motivated, well organized and able to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both spoken and written English); Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
