Responsibilities:

  • Perform IT support to office and shops onsite, also troubleshoot for in-house server and network problems.
  • Support & configuration of software & hardware equipment (desktop, latop, printer, mobile devices, etc.)
  • Handle IT project implementation and documentation.
  • Follow up ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Min 1 years end user support experience
  • Knowledge in Windows, POS and Microsoft product
  • Well-versed in office facilities, purchasing of network and IT equipment
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
  • Initiative, responsible, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Immediate available preferred
