Job Responsibilities:

  • Help desk functions support, 
  • Handle daily IT administration and support for various IT issue
  • General PC installation and IT equipment troubleshooting
  • IT Inventory management and documentation
  • Provide technical support to various sites
  • Collaborate with external parties for system upgrade, troubleshooting and project coordination
  • Assist to handle any ad-hoc projects as instructed by supervisor


  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline is an advantage but not a must
  • 1 years relevant IT experience
  • Experience in network device setting is preferred
  • Good attitude, willing to learn & take challenge
  • Strong sense of troubleshooting
  • Working independently
  • Good communication and organizing skills
