Responsible for maintaining daily IT operation and application
Provide office and warehouse IT Support
Provide remote support to our customers
Manage the replacement of PC parts
Keeping end user PC running in good condition
Provide regular basic IT skills training to staff
Other ad hoc assignments as assigned
Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
1 year working experience in IT industry or related
Knowledge of Windows Batch, PowerShell and VBScript
Excellent in MS Office processing, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
Good command of verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Good communication skills and capabilities in problem solving and time management
Eager to learn and take challenges
