Responsibilities :

  • Perform helpdesk service and user support ( PC, server, network, O365 )
  • Provide first tier technical support including troubleshooting, problem identification, resolution and escalation
  • Perform user ID administration and operation
  • Perform daily operation on servers, server room and IT infrastructure
  • Perform general administrative work and develop and maintain system documentation
  • Assist IT project implementation, liaise with internal users and external vendors
  • Daily system backup, report generation and distribution
  • Maintain IT software/hardware inventory and records                                               

Requirements :

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in IT Support
  • Experience in Trade System is a Plus
  • Experience of Office Relocation is a Plus
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
