IT Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware and software installation & support including but not limited to PC, Email, Printer setup & maintenance to corporate systems
• Assist to handle IT project rollout tasks
• Provide full support for network, software Installation and maintain office networks
• Daily health check on systems, servers, applications and network performance
• Assist to prepare technical documents

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 3 year working experience in supporting for IT systems
• Hands-on experience on Windows platforms configuration and troubleshooting
• Solid experience in Microsoft Windows, Linux, SQL platform
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
