Job Description

  • Responsible for the management and maintenance of daily network equipment
  • Conduct IT helpdesk support, software installation, software upgrade, hardware replacement
  • Daily maintenance of internal weak current system, firewall security
  • Trouble shooting, testing, coordination with local carriers, vendors and manage services partners
  • Responsible for daily server management (including Windows, AD, ESXI, etc.)
  • Provide IT support for different BU
  • Assist in the management of Huawei, Cisco and Fortinet routers, switches and firewalls

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Knowledge in IT support operations, Windows / Linux Server Administration, Systems / Network supports and troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with enterprise standards including logging, monitoring, access limitation, sensitive data handling
  • Familiar with related technologies of the second layer and the third layer of the network, VLAN, Subnet, VPN, Spanning Tree and routing protocols
  • Proficiency in using Huawei, Cisco and Fortinet routers, switches and firewalls
  • Excellent command of Mandarin and Cantonese
