Job MatcherWhat you’ll be doing?
- Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Ensure IT compliance guidelines (e.g. SOX) are met
- Coordinate with vendors and internal users
- Collaborate with corporate IT teams to leverage ticket system and IT infrastructures
- Manage hardware and software inventory
- Performs other related duties as required.
Who are we looking for?
- Diploma or above in I.T. or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of IT support-related experience
- Excellent skills in written & spoken English, Putonghua, and Cantonese
- Good planning and project management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- You will have an advantage if you are
- Familiar with SOX requirements
- Immediately available
