IT Team Leader (Helpdesk/ Desk-side)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a group of helpdesk and desk-side team members.
  • Configuration and administration in Windows Server, AD/DHCP/File/Print server, Symantec backupexec including data backup and restore.
  • Train up the team to adapt to changing support environment and liaise with customer on the approach and execute within agreed scope and expectation.
  • Provide procedure and streamline process to work based on existing Operation manuals
  • Maintain the helpdesk service and desk-side  support service
  • Experience in Monitoring Networks, Switches, Firewalls, VPN and etc.
  • Experience in network security solutions such as firewall
  • Experience in Server such as MS server 08 / 12 , MSSQL and Linux etc 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Information Systems or related disciplines
  • 5 years or above IT helpdesk Supervisor experience 
  • Good command in spoken and written in both Cantonese and English.


Less experience candidates will be consider in IT Support Engineer.
