It is one of the ten largest law firms in the world measured both by number of lawyers and revenue. They are seeking for a team secretary for the IT department to support full aspects of administration tasks, IT procurement and vendor management.

Main Responsibilities

You will directly report to the IT Department Head, and responsible to:

  • Perform full aspects of administrative & secretarial support to executives, including meeting preparation, diary management, travelling arrangements etc.
  • Handle IT procurement, software licensing management and vendor management
  • Prepare various management reports, expenses claims and budgeting
  • Monitor and maintain Opex and Capex expenditure
  • Assist and organise regional IT meetings/ staff social events
  • Provide ad hoc project coordination and assistance for IT or general office projects

Job requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be possess:

  • At least 5 years administrative/ secretarial experience within a sizeable MNC company (IT team/ department support exp. would be advantageous)
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
  • Experience on managing procurement activities with multiple suppliers including quotation, terms and invoice management will be required
  • Good MS skill including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent planning and organization skills will be required
