Our client is a leading company in the industry. They are looking for a few detail-oriented Helpdesk Support to take up technical customer services for their FinTech and retail project in new market expansion.
- Handle daily technical issues on payment related applications, POS and device provisioning
- Troubleshoot and testing for different system integration
- Handle customers’ enquiries on any technical issues
- Coordinate technical issues raised by users and escalate to service providers and initiate remedial actions
- Assist in defining user requirements and conduct UAT for system and device enhancement
- University degree in Engineering or related disciplines
- 2 years+ technical experience in IT helpdesk support,
- Best with experience on POS, payment or retail application support
- Call centre experience will be an advantage
- Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English
