I.T. Technical Support (5-days work)


  • 5-day week
  • Medical plan
  • Paid overtime


  • Handle end user requests, provide helpdesk support
  • Handle hardware and software setup, configuration, testing and support
  • Troubleshoot relevant system hardware and software
  • Provide first level support, diagnose and resolve any issues regarding customer system
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Higher Diploma in Computing/Information Technology or above
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in IT deskside support
  • Solid experience in Windows & network support
  • Knowledge in email application or anti-virus solution is highly advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
