  • Responsible for maintenance, setup and configuration of IT infrastructure includes network, Window servers and hardware
  • Perform day-to-day helpdesk support to users, both onsite and remote
  • Investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot IT related problems
  • Provide IT support for end-users and prepare the IT document and reporting
  • Handle ad hoc IT related projects assigned


  • Certificate / Diploma or above in Computer Sciences or related discipline or above
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support
  • Hands-on experience in supporting end-users in a Windows environment
  • Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is preferred
