IT Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT operational and technical support to business units and internal users;
  • Handle hardware and software setup, configuration, testing and support (Office or Client site);
  • Handle and troubleshoot hardware and software for internal and external users including on-site, remote or phone support;
  • Provide first level support, diagnose and resolve any issues regarding customer system;
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned (Office or Client site)

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of IT technical and desktop support experience;
  • Knowledge and experience in PC hardware, standard Microsoft applications and Microsoft Windows;
  • Diploma/High Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent;
  • Responsible, independent, self-motivated;
  • Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and hard-working;
  • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
