• Experience in PC hardware and software troubleshooting
• Minimum 3 years experience in Technical Support
• Good command of English & Cantonese
• Calm, Patient, Friendly and supportive attitude and polite behavior – particularly towards end users
• Self-motivated, highly-organized and a good team player

• To provide installation and end-user support for both hardware & software issues and miscellaneous
  computer services
• Support done by phone, remote access & on-site
• Familiarity with MS-Exchange a plus
• To resolve user issues promptly and effectively
• Immediate availability a PLUS ++
