Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users for software applications, workstations, servers and network devices
  • Provide product & solution consultation services to clients
  • Maintain and update system documentations
  • Working closely with team to provide high-reliability, real-time and low latency environment
  • Ensure good communication between technical team, sales and customers

Job Requirements:

  • High diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 1 year relevant experience preferred
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, work proactive and willing to learn new technology
  • Able to work under pressure, good communication skill, cooperative, good team work and able to work independently
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
  • Immediately available is preferred
