To give users a peace of mind in electronic data and communication. We are looking for creative and self-motivated high caliber to join us for the following position:



  • Handle end user requests, provide helpdesk support
  • Handle hardware and software setup, configuration, testing and support (Office or Client site)
  • Troubleshoot relevant system hardware and software 
  • Provide first level support, diagnose and resolve any issues regarding customer system
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned (Office or Client site)


  • Diploma/High Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 1 years’ experience in the control and operation of computer systems such as Windows, helpdesk / computer network operation or PC/ LAN support services
  • Experience of mobile device support would be advantage.
  • Responsible, independent, self-motivated
  • Willing to learn and work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
