Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day operations and maintenance of IT infrastructure, e.g. email server, windows-based servers, VM virtualization environment, server room management and AD user account arrangement
  • Provide technical support on network, system, software and hardware
  • Provide helpdesk support and solution to users
  • Establish and maintain appropriate and effective communication with users, and
  • Carry out duties that are assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Minimum Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline with a minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience in technical support
  • Hands-on experience in supporting LAN/WAN, Window platform servers, system monitoring and server room management
  • Good knowledge in TCPIP networks, windows AD, Exchange server and VDI
  • Self-motivated and responsible with strong interpersonal and task management skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, with Putonghua required
