Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software, and other computer services;
Monitor and maintain Server, desktop PC, Mobile devices, printer and network;
Software / Hardware updates and upgrades;
Require off site support .
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Computer or Information Technology;
1 year’s working experience in technical support role;
Knowledge in support ing the PC/ LAN/ WAN, systems and applications;
Knowledge of basic networking - (Configure IP, Gateway);
Work Independent, self-motivated and hardworking;
Immediate available is highly preferred
