IT Technical Support

Reporting to the Senior Manager of I.T Support Department, you will be responsible for

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the project life cycle, in the stage of infrastructure design;
• Provide technical support and guidance on the use of common systems for end users;
• Follow up daily systems health check;
• Administration and maintenance for user right of client systems;
• Troubleshoot with the infrastructure team for the front, middle and back-end systems of securities and futures;
• Arrange of user testing before the system launch;
• Electronic fixed asset management;
• Vendor billing management.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with majors in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support including network administration work and system operations;
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft products and operation system;
• Independent, self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong problem solving skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and
• Experience in finance and banking industry would be an advantage;
• Solid experience in HKEX issue is highly preferred;
• With more experience would be considered as leader of support team.
